We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our AI Platform team within the Data Intelligence camp. This is a key position where the primary users of your portfolio will be internal Culture Amp staff and AI agents developing AI features for our product experiences, while you will also support our thousands of customers who use Culture Amp each day in their workplaces.
This role is for those that care about the tech, and love enabling internal teams, but also bring strong customer empathy. To succeed you will need to be technically conversant, but keep your focus firmly on the customer impact and commercial outcomes. You will also be a strategic thinker who can identify and execute on force-multiplying opportunities, and be capable of influencing others to join you on that journey.
What you’ll spend your time doing
Defining our path forward: You’ll own the roadmap for our internal AI platform capabilities, focusing on areas like LLM evaluations, classification & generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and agentic workflows. You will ensure these tools are not just technically sound, but easily adoptable by other product teams.
Operationalising AI governance: You will lead awareness and implementation of platform guardrails, data privacy processes, and security best practices to ensure our AI is as responsible as it is powerful.
Collaboration & communication: Serve as the daily point of contact for a broad range of stakeholders including customers, engineers, data scientists, product managers, sales teams, security, and legal. You will translate complex technical constraints into clear, commercial trade-offs and tangible outcomes. This will involve creating artefacts that effectively communicate both the rationale ('why') behind investment decisions and the specifics ('what') of the proposed solutions.
Product lifecycle management: Driving adoption of platform services and products with other product teams and retiring legacy components to ensure a healthy tech stack.
What you’ll potentially bring to the table
Technical roots: You have demonstrable experience in one or more fields such as data engineering, software engineering, ML engineering, or data science, working within cloud-based environments.
Emerging product mastery: You may already have some years of experience in Product Management, or you might be an experienced technical leader looking for your first bonafide product management role.
AI domain fluency: You have some hands-on experience or a deep understanding of AI development including prompt engineering, RAG systems, agentic workflows, and the nuances of validating/evaluating generative and classification AI products.
Security and privacy advocacy: You bring a genuine enthusiasm for data privacy. You view security regulations and guardrails not as hurdles, but as essential components of a high-quality and trustworthy AI platform.
Balance of technical depth with commercial impact: You are technically conversant enough to lead engineers and data scientists, but you are someone

As a Senior Product Manager for Survey Design, you will be the architect of the most critical touchpoint between a company and its people: the survey. You will lead the evolution of our core engine-moving from static, one-way forms to dynamic, AI-powered conversations that uncover the "why" behind every data point. By reimagining how feedback is captured, you enable leaders to act on deeper truths, ensuring millions of employees feel heard, understood, and valued.
As part of this team of amazing humans, You’ll join the Insights Camp, specifically leading the Survey Design team. You will partner with a high-performing "trio" including an Engineering Lead and Product Designer, while collaborating closely with our People Scientists to ensure our features (like AI Follow-Ups) are grounded in valid research. You’ll be the bridge between our legacy foundations and our future, working with cross-functional partners in Product Marketing and Support to bring world-class listening tools to global brands.
You will
Lead the AI Revolution in Feedback: Own the strategy and execution of AI Follow-Ups and Conversational AI, turning traditional surveys into semi-structured, agentic interviews that capture high-quality qualitative data.
Modernize the Core: Drive the successful GA launch of our new Survey Designer, migrating from legacy systems to a flexible, scalable architecture that supports matrix questions, branching, and custom scales.
Build the "Source of Truth": Lead the Question Library initiative, create a unified database that understands the meaning and relationships between questions across our entire platform.
Innovate across the Lifecycle: Reimagine Onboarding and Exit surveys by implementing automated, milestone-based triggers and AI-led interview components.
Define the Roadmap: Balance "playing catch-up" on competitive features with "leap-frogging" the market through the EX Listening discovery program.
You have
Senior-level Product Mastery: Proven experience managing complex B2B SaaS products, ideally with a focus on configuration, logic-heavy workflows, or data-driven platforms.
AI/ML Fluency: A deep interest in (or experience with) LLMs and Prompt Engineering. You understand how to use AI to solve human problems, like automated translations or dynamic probing.
Strategic Clarity: The ability to take a "mixed bag" of experiment results and pivot toward high-value use cases (e.g., applying Conversational AI to Lifecycle surveys).
Technical Intuition: Comfort working with engineers on technical debt, stack migrations (Elm to modern frameworks), and complex data backfilling projects.
User-Centric Mindset: A passion for UX-you care just as much about the "Admin experience" of setting up a survey as you do about the "Employee experience" of completing one.
You are
A "People Scientist" at Heart: You don't just care about the code; you care about the psychology of how people respond to questions.
An Influential Early Collaborator: You know how to work with Product Marketing to turn a technical feature like "11-point eNPS" into a compel

We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to drive actionable insights at the intersection of human psychology and AI product experiences. You will lead research for our AI-powered coaching and performance tools, shaping intuitive, trustworthy, and high-impact workflows that empower employees globally.
In this role, you’ll move beyond usability to explore the ‘black box’ of AI – investigating how trust is built, how transparency is maintained, and how AI can feel like a collaborative partner rather than just another tool. You’ll join a team of passionate humans dedicated to turning mixed-methods research into product direction at speed.
As part of our team, you will:
Scope and lead strategic research: Define and manage research programs that clarify where and how AI should assist users, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals.
Define AI excellence: Establish evaluation frameworks for AI experiences (focusing on trust, controllability, and safety) and translate these into design principles and reusable patterns the team can ship with confidence.
Have a flexible research approach: Creatively adapt your broad research toolkit – from generative interviews to quantitative experiments – to navigate ambiguous or multi-faceted AI challenges.
Bridge disciplines and drive alignment: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and People Scientists to shape hypotheses and use data to drive clarity on high-stakes product bets
Narrate with influence: Socialise findings through compelling storytelling and visualisation, tailoring your communication to move audiences from interesting data to strategic action
You have:
5+ years of UX Research experience: You’ve run complex, end-to-end studies in a fast-paced SaaS environment; experience with AI-assisted workflows or LLMs is highly regarded.
Complexity management: A proven ability to contextualise problems within larger technical systems and anticipate the downstream effects of product decisions.
Strategic influence: A track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and using data to influence senior-level decision-makers.
Mixed-methods toolkit: Deep proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to synthesise disparate data points into a single, actionable narrative.
Systems thinking & scalability: You look beyond individual workflows to ensure AI patterns remain consistent, extensible, and cohesive as they scale across the entire Culture Amp platform.
We believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our success. We're committed to fostering a work environment that truly cares for and develops its people, and creates lasting positive impact. In addition to providing a competitive compensation package, some of the key benefits we offer are:

About the Impact:
The data strategies and operations you build will directly determine how well our models can write code, understand software systems, and identify security vulnerabilities. You'll work with world-class researchers on frontier AI capabilities while building the operational infrastructure to scale these efforts.
We're looking for someone who gets excited about the challenge of scaling quality - someone who can think strategically about data needs, build the right partnerships, and execute flawlessly. If you thrive at the intersection of technical depth and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data strategies for coding capabilities, cybersecurity evaluations, and agentic AI research
Partner with research leaders to translate technical requirements into operational frameworks
Build data collection and evaluation systems through internal tools, vendor partnerships, and new approaches
Identify, evaluate, and manage specialized contractors and vendors for technical data collection
Implement quality control processes to ensure data meets training requirements
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing technical needs with delivery timelines
Track metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 3+ years in technical operations, product management, or entrepreneurial experience building from zero to scale
Have strong technical foundations - proficiency in Python and understanding of ML workflows and evaluation frameworks
Have strong communication skills and can effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internal and external parties
Are familiar with how LLMs work and could describe how models like Claude are trained
Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively
Have a high threshold for navigating ambiguity and can balance setting strategic priorities with rapid, high-quality execution
Thrive in fast-paced research environments with shifting priorities and novel technical challenges
Are passionate about AI safety and understand the critical importance of high-quality data in building beneficial AI systems
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience at companies training AI models, agents, or creating AI training data, evaluations, or environments
Knowledge of AI safety research methodologies and evaluation frameworks
Experience with RLHF or similar human-in-the-loop training methods
Domain expertise in software engineering or cybersecurity
Track record of building and scaling operations teams
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $250,000</spa
